Trunnell Law & MOMS Club of Crofton Upcoming Stuff the Bus Event

The annual “Stuff the Bus” charity event is just around the corner! On Friday, August 5th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Chick-fil-A at Waugh Chapel (2615 Brandermill Boulevard, Gambrills, Maryland 21054), Trunnell Law, The MOMS Club of Crofton, Vuong’s Taekwondo, and other business members of the Chamber of Commerce are all banding together to help collect supplies for students in need. In particular, this “Stuff the Bus” event will support the Anne Arundel County Department of Social Services and the Anne Arundel County Public Schools Back-to-School Program.

Interested parties can use an online sign-up sheet – found by clicking here – to see what the children still need this schoolyear. If you are going to be hungry for Chick-fil-A when you drop off your supplies, you will also get a coupon for a free, delicious sandwich. It is important to give back to the givers, too!

In addition to all the businesses and community members coming together to make this event possible, our team at Trunnell Law would like to give huge thanks to our own Colleen Pitts. Not only has she helped with this charity in the past – see here and here – but she is also an active board member of The MOMS Club of Crofton. This group is a nonprofit organization formed by women with the goal of supporting other women who need help providing their children with basic necessities.

If you want to learn more about how you can help The MOMS Club of Crofton, visit their website: http://www.momsclubofcrofton.org/. For more details regarding the back-to-school drive, Crofton Patch published an informative article here and a Facebook event page is available here.
